Floor area is quoted in different units depending on the country and the document — pyeong in Korean listings, tsubo in Japan, square metres in most contracts. Convert to one unit before comparing, and check whether a figure is the exclusive (net) area or the gross supply area, which can differ by 20–30%.

The floor area converter switches between pyeong and square metres in both directions. One pyeong is about 3.3058 m².
